Stocking Fillers Under $20 for Kids
Small, cheap and still in use by New Year. These are the stocking fillers we pack most at Christmas, sorted by price, all made in our Cooranbong studio.
What makes a good stocking filler
A stocking filler has to fit in a sock, cost less than the main present and survive until lunch. Most plastic stocking stuff fails that last test. Ours are 3D printed fidgets and articulated animals, so kids can bend, click, flip and fiddle with them long after the wrapping paper is gone.
- Fits in the palm of a hand or a pocket
- Something to do with it, not just look at
- Colours and designs kids can collect and swap
- Made in Australia, so it arrives before Christmas
Under $5
Pocket Pals ($4)
Our best seller. Tiny articulated animals that wiggle and fit in a coin pocket. Buy a handful and drop one in each stocking, or let the kids trade them. We wrote a whole post on why Pocket Pals work as mini fidgets.
Dino Chonkz ($4)
Chunky little dinosaurs with moving parts. Dinosaur kids will line them up on the table at Christmas lunch.
Under $10
Gravity Knife Fidget ($6)
A 10cm fidget with a non-sharp plastic blade that flips out with a flick of the wrist. Older kids love it.
Chubby Skeleton ($6)
A round, posable skeleton. Odd and cute in equal measure.
Twisty Cube ($8)
Twist it, turn it, put it down, pick it up again. Good for kids who need something in their hands.
Zorble ($8.99)
A 3D printed fidget ball to turn over in your fingers. Quiet enough for the car trip to the in-laws.
Tiny Wyvern ($9) and T-Rex Skeleton ($9.99)
Fully articulated, small enough for a stocking, big enough to feel like a real present. See the full under $10 fidgets range.

Stocking fillers by age
Ages 3 to 6
Pick bigger, chunkier pieces and stay close while they play, like the Axolotl or Santa Cam. Our fidgets have small parts and are not toys certified for under 3s, so keep the tiny ones for older siblings. Read our fidget safety guide before you buy for little ones.
Ages 7 to 12
This is Pocket Pals and dragon territory. Mix a Pocket Pal, a Mini Crystal Wing and a Twisty Cube and you have a full stocking for under $25.
Teens
Teens want the fidgets they can use at school. The Magnetic Fidget Slider and Gravity Knife are the two we see bought for teens most. Our best fidget toys guide goes deeper.
Order in time for Christmas
We print every order here in NSW, so stock does not run out the way imported toys do. You still need to leave time for printing and Australia Post. Australian orders over $60 ship free. Check our Christmas order and shipping cut-off dates before you leave it late. Want something bigger for under the tree? Our 3D printed gift guide covers the main presents.
Frequently asked questions
What are good stocking fillers for kids under $20?
Small fidgets and articulated animals work well because kids keep playing with them. Pocket Pals at $4, the Twisty Cube at $8 and the Crystal Dragon at $19 are our most popular picks.
What is the cheapest stocking filler you sell?
Pocket Pals and Dino Chonkz are $4 each. They are tiny articulated animals and dinosaurs that fit in a coin pocket.
Are your stocking fillers suitable for toddlers?
No. Our fidgets are printed in PLA, have small parts and are not certified toys, so they are not suitable for children under 3. They suit older kids, teens and adults.
Are these made in Australia?
Yes. We design and 3D print our fidgets in Cooranbong, NSW and post them Australia wide.
