Regional and remote addresses take longer, so order a few days before these dates if you live outside a capital city or major regional centre.
Custom and engraved orders
Personalised orders need extra time for design and proof approval. Order these by Friday 4 December:
- Yeti engraving, plus the time it takes your Yeti to reach us
- Custom face cookie cutters and other custom cookie cutters
- Custom 3D printing jobs through our 3D printing service

How long delivery takes
Printing and packing
We print most orders to order. Allow 2 to 4 business days before dispatch, and up to 7 business days in the December rush.
Australia Post
Once your parcel leaves us, Australian delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. New Zealand takes 5 to 10 business days and other countries 6 to 15.
Shipping prices
Standard shipping in Australia is a flat $10 and express is $15. Orders over $60 ship free anywhere in Australia.

We keep printing through Christmas, so orders placed after the cut-off still ship. They just might arrive after the 25th.

Do you ship to New Zealand before Christmas?
Yes. Order by Monday 30 November for New Zealand. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
