Most items are printed to order, so dispatch times may vary depending on order volume and the products selected. Generally we aim for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, Australian delivery is typically a few business days, while international delivery varies by country.

Yes. All orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details by email once your order has been packed and sent.

Every product is printed by us in our home workshop in Cooranbong, Lake Macquarie, NSW. Satrah 3D is a small Australian family business run by Josh and Kate, so every order is packed by real people who genuinely care.

Most of our product range is printed in PLA, which is lightweight, colourful and ideal for our articulated prints, fidgets, dragons, gifts and display pieces. For custom projects, we can also work with a range of more technical materials.

We love colour, so we stock a wide range of finishes across classic colours, silk, dual silk, glitter, glow in the dark and rainbow options.

An articulated 3D print has moving joints printed directly into the design. It comes off the printer already assembled, ready to flex, curl, pose or display. No glue, no loose pieces, no fiddly setup.

Our articulated dragons and animals are loved for their smooth movement, satisfying feel and display worthy designs.

A little care goes a long way:

• Keep away from high heat, including hot cars and heaters
• Avoid long periods in direct sunlight
• Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth
• Do not submerge articulated prints in water
• Do not place 3D printed items in the dishwasher

Many customers choose our articulated dragons, animals, Pocket Pals and fidgets for tactile input, busy hands, desk use and calming movement.

Everyone’s sensory preferences are different, so we recommend choosing based on the style of movement, size and feel you prefer. A great place to start is our fidget collection, Pocket Pals or dragons.

None of our products are suitable for Children under the age of 3. Many of our prints have small moving sections, so adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Many of our fidgets are quiet and compact, which makes them popular for desks, study, meetings and focus time. For school use, we recommend checking with the teacher first, as every classroom has different rules.

Yes. We offer custom FDM 3D printing for customers in Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, the Central Coast and Australia wide.

Not always. If you have a file ready, you can send us an STL, OBJ, 3MF or similar file. If you don’t have a file, we can often help source or design one.

Any design or file work is quoted upfront before we begin.

We commonly work with .STL, .OBJ and .3MF files. If you have another format, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can use it.

Firm, well chilled doughs usually give the cleanest shape. Sugar cookie dough and shortbread are great options. Soft or sticky dough may cling to the cutter or lose shape, so chilling your dough before cutting can make a big difference.
