Satrah 3D Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Satrah 3D. We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, given the custom nature of our 3D printed products, it's important for our customers to be aware of our returns policy.

            3D Printed Items:

  • All 3D printed items are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds on these products unless they arrive broken or damaged.


    Damaged or Broken Items:

  • If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Upon verification of the damage, it is at our discretion to either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.


    Process for Reporting Damaged Items:

  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • We will review the evidence and determine the appropriate course of action.


    Exclusions:

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than damage or breakage. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with colour, size, or other aesthetic aspects that are inherent to the nature of 3D printing.


    Final Decision:

  • All decisions made by Satrah 3D regarding returns and refunds are final.
