Yeti and drinkware engraving

How our Yeti and drinkware engraving works

Send us your Yeti, Stanley, Frank Green or other powder coated bottle and we laser engrave it with a name, logo or design that will not peel, fade or wash off. You supply the drinkware, we do the engraving, and you approve a proof before anything touches the laser. Here is exactly how it works, what we can engrave, and what to expect, so you can order with confidence.

Engraving service only, bottle not included

Satrah 3D does not sell Yeti, Stanley, Frank Green or Hydro Flask drinkware through this listing. You supply the bottle and we engrave it. We are an independent engraving service and are not affiliated with those brands. Engraving is permanent and may void a manufacturer warranty.

From your bottle to a permanent engraving

Five simple steps, start to finish. You choose the style and send us your bottle, we handle the artwork, the laser and the careful packing.

1

Choose your engraving style

Decide on single sided, double sided, or a full wrap, then tell us the brand, size and model of your drinkware so we can scale the design properly.

2

Get your bottle to us

Post it to us, ship it straight from the retailer, or drop it off locally around Cooranbong and Lake Macquarie NSW.

3

Approve your digital proof

We send a proof showing layout, sizing and placement. Check the names, spelling and dates closely. Nothing touches the laser until you say go.

4

We engrave it

The laser lifts the powder coat to reveal the steel underneath, leaving a permanent mark that will not peel, fade or wash off.

5

It comes back to you

We pack your drinkware properly and return it by your chosen method, or hold it for local pickup.

Which engraving style suits your design

Match the style to what you want engraved and where it should sit on the bottle.

Single sided, name only

One name, initials, a date or a short quote on one face. The classic choice for a personalised gift.

Single sided, name and image

A name paired with a logo, icon or simple piece of line art, all on the one side.

Double sided

Two separate designs, one on each face. Great for a name on the front and a logo or date on the back.

Full wrap

A design that runs around the bottle. Best for patterns, repeated text or bold artwork with room to breathe.

What drinkware we can engrave

Powder coated stainless steel gives the cleanest result. The laser removes the coloured coating and reveals the lighter steel underneath, so darker bottles show the strongest contrast.

  • Yeti powder coated tumblers and bottles
  • Stanley powder coated cups and bottles
  • Frank Green and Hydro Flask powder coated drinkware
  • Most quality powder coated stainless steel
  • Smooth panels with room for the design

Not sure your bottle will work?

Send the brand, model, colour and a clear photo before you order. We would rather check first than promise a result we cannot stand behind.

Names, logos and artwork that engrave well

Bold, clean artwork engraves best. Fine detail can work, as long as it suits the size and curve of the drinkware.

Text and names

Names, initials, dates, coordinates and short quotes are ideal. Double check the spelling before you submit.

Logos and line art

Clean black and white logos work well. Vector files such as SVG, PDF or EPS are best, with high resolution PNG as a backup.

Photos and shading

Photos are tricky on a curved surface. We may convert them into a cleaner engraved style and will show you in the proof.

Kids drawings

These engrave a treat. A flat, straight on scan or photo on white paper gives us the most to work with.

The proof is your final checkpoint

Check the name, spelling, dates, artwork, placement and size. Once you approve it, we engrave exactly what you approved.

Small tweaks are no drama

Minor changes before approval are part of the process. Full redesigns or repeated rounds may need a custom quote, especially for detailed or bulk work.

What the finished engraving looks like

This is permanent laser engraving, not a sticker, print or vinyl decal. The mark becomes part of the bottle.

Colour and contrast

On powder coated drinkware the laser exposes the steel beneath, so the engraving reads in the bottle's natural metal tone. Dark bottles show sharper contrast than very pale ones.

Placement and size

We scale your artwork to the safe engraving area and keep clear of handles, seams, lids and tapered edges.

Existing brand marks

Logos, embossing and texture already on the bottle can limit where your design sits. We work around them in the proof.

Built to last

The engraving will not crack, peel or fade with normal use. Because it is permanent, it cannot be removed or undone.

Three ways to get your bottle to us

Pick whichever suits you when you order. Add your order number so we can match the parcel to your order.

Post it to us

Send your bottle to Satrah 3D. Pack it well, especially anything with a handle, straw lid or glossy finish.

Ship direct from the retailer

Buy it online and have it sent straight to us. Include your name and order number in the delivery or gift note.

Local drop off

Around Cooranbong and Lake Macquarie NSW you can drop off in person. Contact us first to arrange a time.

Turnaround starts once we have everything

Typical turnaround is 3 to 5 business days once we have your bottle, your details and your approved proof. Holding off on sending the bottle or approving the proof will hold up the order.

Yeti and drinkware engraving FAQ

Do you supply the Yeti, Stanley or bottle?

No. This listing is for the engraving service only. You supply the drinkware and we supply the laser engraving.

Are you affiliated with Yeti, Stanley or Frank Green?

No. Satrah 3D is an independent engraving service and is not affiliated with Yeti, Stanley, Frank Green, Hydro Flask or any other drinkware brand.

Can I ship the bottle straight from the retailer?

Yes. Add your name and order number to the delivery or gift note so we can match the bottle to your order when it arrives.

Can I drop off my bottle locally?

Usually yes if you are around Cooranbong and Lake Macquarie NSW. Contact us first so we can confirm a time.

Will I see the design before it is engraved?

Yes. We send a digital proof before engraving. Check the spelling, layout and placement, then approve it and we engrave from that proof.

Can you engrave names, dates and quotes?

Yes. Names, initials, dates, coordinates and short quotes are ideal for this service.

Can you engrave logos?

Yes, provided the logo suits engraving. Clean black and white artwork or vector files work best. We may simplify very detailed logos.

Can you engrave photos?

Sometimes. Photos are harder on a curved bottle. Send the image through and we will tell you if it is suitable.

What file types should I send?

SVG, PDF, EPS, PNG or high resolution JPG. Vector files are best for logos. For drawings, a flat scan or straight on photo works well.

Will the engraving be coloured?

No. Laser engraving is not colour printing. The mark reads in the natural colour of the steel revealed under the coating.

Can the engraving wear off?

No. The engraving is permanent and is not a sticker or vinyl. It will not peel, fade or wash off with normal use.

Can you fix a spelling mistake after engraving?

No. Once engraved it is permanent, which is why the proof approval step matters. Check names, dates and spelling carefully.

Does engraving void the manufacturer warranty?

It can. Engraving is a third party modification, so brands like Yeti may not cover an engraved item. It does not damage the bottle, but the choice is yours.

What if my bottle arrives damaged or is not suitable?

We will contact you before engraving. We cannot cover damage in transit to us, so pack it well or ship direct from the retailer.

Do you do bulk, corporate or event orders?

Yes. For multiple bottles, team gifts or branded drinkware, contact us first so we can quote and confirm timing.

Do you supply the Yeti or bottle?

No. This is an engraving service only. You supply the drinkware and we engrave it.

When does turnaround start?

Once we have your bottle, your order details and your approved proof. Waiting on any of those will delay the finished order.
