Shipping Areas

We proudly ship across Australia, New Zealand, and now offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.


Shipping Rates

  • Australia: Flat rate of $10

  • Australia Express: Flat rate of $15

  • Free Shipping Australia Wide: Available on orders over $100

  • New Zealand: Shipping is calculated at checkout

  • International: Shipping to eligible countries is now available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. During busy periods or sale events, processing may take up to 7 business days.
If your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss priority options.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 6 to 15 business days depending on location

Please note these are estimates only and delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs clearance.


Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties and Import Fees

All international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices

  • Satrah 3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure of potential charges.


Delivery Issues
