Questions Before You Buy?
What is a Zorble?
A Zorble is a satisfying 3D printed fidget designed for busy hands, sensory play, desk breaks and everyday fidgeting. It has a fun tactile feel with a snap-back style movement that makes it enjoyable to hold, squeeze and use when you want something to keep your hands occupied.
Can I choose the colours for my Zorble?
Yes. Each Zorble can be customised with two colour selections. Choose two different colours for a bold split-colour look, or select the same colour twice if you prefer a clean solid colour Zorble.
What does Colour 1 and Colour 2 mean?
Colour 1 and Colour 2 control the two colour sections of your Zorble. If you choose the optional Zorble holder, the holder will be printed in the same colour as your Colour 1 selection so everything matches nicely.
What is the optional Zorble holder?
The optional Zorble holder is an add-on holder with a wrist strap, designed to make your Zorble easier to carry, store or keep close while you are out and about. Once inserted into the holder, the Zorble can also spin, creating another fun style of fidgeting beyond the standard snap-back feel.
Is the Zorble holder included?
The Zorble holder is optional and can be added when choosing your Zorble. If selected, it will be added to your order as an upgrade and printed in your Colour 1 selection.
Are Zorbles made in Australia?
Yes. Zorbles from Satrah 3D are 3D printed to order in our Lake Macquarie studio in NSW, Australia. We are a small family-operated business, and each Zorble is made, checked and packed with care before being sent out.
Is a Zorble good for ADHD or sensory needs?
Many people enjoy Zorbles as an ADHD-friendly fidget or sensory fidget because they give your hands something tactile and satisfying to use. They are not medical devices, but they can be a helpful everyday fidget for focus, calming movement, desk breaks or sensory downtime.
What is a 3D printed fidget used for?
A 3D printed fidget can be used for busy hands, focus breaks, sensory input, stress relief, collecting or simply for fun. Zorbles are designed to be satisfying to hold and use, making them a great choice for anyone who enjoys tactile fidgets.
Will my Zorble look exactly like the photos?
Your Zorble will be made using your selected colours, but small differences can happen between prints. Colour placement, filament batches, lighting and screen settings can all affect how the final colours appear, especially with rainbow, silk or specialty filaments.
What material are Zorbles made from?
Zorbles are 3D printed using PLA filament, a plant-derived material commonly made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. PLA is a popular choice for 3D printed fidgets because it is lightweight, colourful and more environmentally friendly than many traditional plastics. Like most 3D printed products, Zorbles may have small layer lines, tiny surface marks or minor finish variations, which are normal and part of the unique look and feel of 3D printed fidgets.
Are Zorbles suitable for children?
Zorbles may be enjoyed by older children, teens and adults, but they are not suitable for children under 3 years old. As with all 3D printed fidgets, adult supervision is recommended for younger users, especially if the product includes small parts or accessories.
How do I care for my Zorble?
Keep your Zorble away from extreme heat, direct sunlight for long periods and rough force. 3D printed PLA filament can soften in very hot conditions, so avoid leaving your Zorble in a hot car, near heaters or outside in strong heat. Each Zorble uses a small elastic-style band to create the snap-back effect. This band can snap from misuse, heat, overstretching or general wear, but it is user replaceable with a small band such as a loom band, elastic hair tie or small silicone O-ring. A 15mm diameter O-ring is recommended.
How long does it take to make and send my Zorble?
Zorbles are made to order in our Lake Macquarie studio, and we generally dispatch within 2 to 3 days from ordering. During busy sale periods, large launches or high order volumes, processing times may increase slightly, but we always work to get orders printed, packed and sent as quickly as possible.
Can I buy Zorbles online in Australia?
Yes. You can buy Zorbles online from Satrah 3D, an Australian 3D printing business based in Lake Macquarie, NSW. Choose your colours, add the optional holder if you like, and order directly through our online store.
