- 3D Printing: Each item is 3D printed with care, but minor blemishes, layer lines, or small imperfections may occur due to the nature of the printing process. Every dragon is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Rainbow Colours: Rainbow colour transitions occur at random and may start or stop differently from the product images. Smaller dragons will have fewer colour transitions, while larger dragons will feature more variation. Each dragon is unique in its colour placement.

Absolutely! We offer a variety of colours for our dragons. During the ordering process, you can select from our available colour options. If you have a specific colour request, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Our standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location: domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.

For orders under $100, pay $10.00 flat rate Australia wide.

What is your return policy for 3D printed dragons?
We only offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive damaged. If your dragon is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.
