Rainbow Colours Disclaimer: Due to the nature of rainbow filament, the colours transition along the filament roll, meaning each creation is one of a kind. Smaller prints will have fewer colour changes, while larger prints will display more variation as they utilise more filament during printing process.

We cannot guarantee specific rainbow colour placements, as the filament transitions naturally throughout the print process.

Every Pocket Pal has a fully articulated body for its size. Small enough to fidget with two fingers, satisfying enough to keep your hands busy.

  • Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts present a choking hazard.
  • Not designed for rough play. At this size they are delicate.
  • Minor colour variation between prints is normal and expected.
  • No change-of-mind returns. If your pack arrives damaged, we'll sort it out.
  • 3D Printing: Each item is 3D printed with care, but minor blemishes, layer lines, or small imperfections may occur due to the nature of the printing process. Every fidget & flexi is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Rainbow Colours: Rainbow colour transitions occur at random and may start or stop differently from the product images. Smaller prints will have fewer colour transitions, while larger prints will feature more variation. Each flexi & fidget is unique in its colour placement.

  • Not Suitable for Young Children: Contains small parts and is not suitable for young children due to potential choking hazards. Please supervise use around children. These flexi fidgets are not toys, they are designed to be sensory and display pieces and are not suitable for rough play.

The photos do not do the beauty of this Dragon justice. The shimmery, velvety, ombre gorgeousness. Also great, clean, precise quality. Friendly and helpful customer service and fast delivery.

Have Questions?
We Have Answers.

At Satrah 3D, we understand you might have a few queries about our amazing 3D printed Flexi's. Here, you'll find answers to some of the most common questions to help you make an informed purchase.

Are your Flexi Fidgets suitable for children?

Due to small parts, intricate designs, and the possibility of breaking from rough play (creating choking hazards), we recommend our creations are used by children aged 6 and over.

Always supervise young children during play to ensure safety.

How durable are your Flexi Fidgets?

Our prints are crafted with durability in mind. While they are sturdy enough for regular handling and display, they are not indestructible. Avoid excessive force or dropping them from heights to maintain their integrity and longevity.

Can I choose custom colours for my Flexi Fidgets?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of colours for our prints. During the ordering process, you can select from our available colour options. If you have a specific colour request, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

What materials are used to make your fidgets?

Our 3D printed fidgets are made from high-quality, eco-friendly PLA (polylactic acid) filament.

This biodegradable material is derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane, ensuring our products are safe and environmentally friendly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location: domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.

How much is shipping?

For orders over $60, enjoy free shipping Australia wide.

For orders under $60, pay $10.00 flat rate Australia wide.

Express available $15 Australia Wide - Please note express only expedites the shipping process. The creating of your order still enters our standard job queue.

If you require your order urgently, please feel free to contact us to discuss options.

Shipping to New Zealand is now available. Price calculated at cart.

What is your return policy for 3D printed Flexi Fidgets?

We only offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive damaged. If your print is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement. Custom orders are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our return policy page or contact our customer support.
